Just a quick hello to everyone. I'm retired and returning to modelling after about 50 years of working for someone else. Raised in the Manchester/Peak District area so have a bias towards LMS/BR(LMR). Have been reading the posts on OO and DCC for some months now and hope to begin construction during the coming winter. So look out for my pleas for information and help then! Best wishes to you all.

Hello Teal,

Welcome to the active side of the forum! I look forward to seeing your questions, but perhaps not to thinking - alas I don't know much about OO and so can't answer! What sort of layout are you thinking of? Have you a spare room/garage to fill or just a shelf?
