Here I have a Kestrel 4 house kit which is going to go on a layout I am doing for my son
http://bitsandbobs.fotopic.net/p47308720.html

I am wondering if anyone can give me any ideas of how to get it looking nice

I know that it will look better once out of the packet and built but how would anyone suggest preparing it and getting it so that it looks good on the layout.

I am not very good with plastic kits and have mainly only done metcalfe kits so painting plastic stuff is new to me.

Any help would be welcome.

QUOTE (BRITHO @ 19 Dec 2007, 16:41) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Another important thing to remember is that the chances are all front doors will be a different colours. Curtains behind the windows also make a big difference to appearance.

Hope this helps

Thanks for the suggestion I did think about painting the doors different colours but as for the curtains I think that may be a little hard to do and also see as well but I might give it a try.
