Thanks for the sympathy, but it's caused by Crohn's disease - unwanted bugs in the gut and it's they who have decided they don't like alcohol. Currently no known cure, only treatment of the symptoms.....

Sorry to hear of your medical situation and my apologies for not being as sensitive as I should be.

I ended up phoning Hereford Models myself to find out what was happening. The fella I spoke to admitted that they had received my emails but not responded to any of them. Not sure how people run a business like that! Turns out that my father's order was on its way and that it was my order that was the problem. A case of an item being advertised on the website that wasn't actually in stock... This is quite normal when shops don't have their POS system linked to there website/stock control system. They have refunded me without a problem. Seemed helpful.

That's quite OK - you weren't to know. I used to enjoy UK ciders in particular but haven't now for over 20 years, alas! 😢
