Sorry to hear of your medical situation and my apologies for not being as sensitive as I should be.
I ended up phoning Hereford Models myself to find out what was happening. The fella I spoke to admitted that they had received my emails but not responded to any of them. Not sure how people run a business like that! Turns out that my father's order was on its way and that it was my order that was the problem. A case of an item being advertised on the website that wasn't actually in stock... This is quite normal when shops don't have their POS system linked to there website/stock control system. They have refunded me without a problem. Seemed helpful.
