I'm 65yrs old, nearing retirement. I am building a oo gauge layout in a 10'x6' garden shed. I'm not fussed about any particular era, but mostly UK steam. Not fussed about passenger trains at the moment but am enjoying some freight operations. I have started using JMRI to generate traffic which is a bit of a learning curve but I am having some fun with it. My layout is DC at the moment but I will ( would like to ) use DCC sometime in the near future. I would like to hear from anybody who is also using JMRI to swap notes and ideas.
