I bought this model donkeys years ago and at last, the tenshodo motor bogie has failed.
I am contemplating replacing both bogies with cardan shaft driven ones from a motor suspended under the floor.
can anyone suggest suitable component suppliers, alternative drive systems or indeed, any other way of re powering this railcar (i dont want to break into the cabin space - it all has to be underfloor!)
