Hornby Class 20 - 8 pole motor!

Hornby are going to introduce 6. 7 and 8 pole skew wound motors into their new Class 20 according to their website. They are going to have some pulling power and be super smooth at slow speed! I bagsy the 8 pole one!

I've already ordered a BR Green Class 20.

**Pristine motors.... I wonder if they'll release the weathered ones?

Do the ones with even numbers of motor poles come with a scale sized hand crank so they can be made to turn over? Perhaps they are the new 3 phase DCCCCCCC motors
