Whats the common sort of time to expect a reply from a mail sent the Hornby Customer Servive dept through their contact us on the website.

I got the standard we have recieved your mail, but heard no more.

Normally Hornby are up there with the best when it comes to service, but they have probably just returned from the Christmas break & will almost certainly be extra busy at this time of year.

Just to say I had a reply the same but they sent me out new decoder by the end of the week so think it may be Christmas delay
