Thank you Neil for going to the trouble of posting those clips, its the first time I have heard this hornby offering, and addmit to being happy with what I heard and saw, at present I have no sound at all on my locos, and was waiting to see what the duchess was like, I had held back from purchasing one, when I read comments on its sound quality, after seeing and hearingng I am now more relaxed about purchasing one, it does not matter at all thats its got an air pump, its the enjoyment of running your own railway, and getting pleasure from it, maybe hornby should run some of your clips on there website? It could help their sales ? just a thought, once again many thanks
