I notice a lot of the posts in the Hornby Magazine Forums are in no way related to the forum they are in, "General Discussion" appears just that, "Ask the Editor" is the same, only "Current Issue" has relevant posts. Many of the posts are more to do with Hornby products than about magazine articles.
Maybe there should be a Bachmann forum too, to discuss their products.
Discussion of Hornby and Bachmann products should be under the OO section. Maybe some people are getting confused between the magazine and the model train company.

Aha!
I assumed that a non related concern couldnt use the name of another. Trademarks and copyright etc. Id be a bit miffed if another company started using the same name as mine! But I suppose its a bit different with magazine titles.

*** It was of course a pre-negotiated arrangement between Hornby and Ian Allen.
IA has the benefit of a "generic" name for the hobby to give a new magazine a leg up so to speak, and Hornby has added brand reinforcement.
All I am sure bound and sealed with a contract which spells out limits and boundaries and obligations for both parties. Overall it'd have to be a positive win-win arrangement, or it'd never have happened.
So far all credit to H magazine too - I was initially a little cynical about it and overall very skeptical but the team at IA do seem to have kept an editorial distance and balance in content that does them credit.
I too was sceptical at first & as guilty as others here in making TIC remarks about buying it from a newsagent that did'nt know you ect, but IMHO it's one of the best & refreshing in it's content.
