Hi Mark, welcome to the Forum.
The original post was an idle speculation. The poster noticed three Roco BR58's on ebay in one week, and speculated whether this was happenstance/co-incidence or related to the recent introduction of an alternative model. Personally, I rate Roco products highly, and evidently so do you, so that answers the question really.
