An article in the Sun newspaper states that Hornby shares hit the skids yesterday dropping 22p to 78p after the Chief Executive said profits will miss City targets this year, and the company suffered from 'muted' demand in the run-up to Christmas.

He insisted Hornby would bounce back.

Analysts cut forecasts for 2010 and said the dividend would be cut.

I bought RBS yesterday and think Hornby could be worth a punt at the lower price. Their figures were only just off expectations.
