Looks as though someone at the Hornby warehouse has made a bit of a boob, apparently the Class 50 " Sir Edward Elgar" weathered ltd edition was sent to rails in error.
Looks like some of us got lucky?
Funny you should mention certificates I bought the grey Bulleid fighter command(not from much ado about toys) and didn't get one either. Didn't pay the full whack price though.
Sadly I missed out on Edward Elgar as they sold out in about a week.
