I'm new and planning to build a HO model railway with German models in the time of 1930-1970 (ep II-IV).
I'm from Germany and living in Texas since 15 years. I wonder, how and where to get the locomotives, cars, tracks and supplies? Is Reynaulds Import still in operation and are their other sources?

Meanwhile I found modellbahnshop-lippe.de which delivers to US for $ 27. My first order from Reynauld's is on the way.
A starter set only, to see, how it works out!
I'm planning a epoch III-IV diorama with midsize railway station and shadow station on a 3,20 x 2,00 meter layout.
Now, it's time to start with frame construction - tools, wooden material, track layout etc...
