Right now there is a run on cute little HOe trains and trams like this:

What is it? It is a Jouef tram (30 to 50 Euros) and a coach (5 to 20 Euros) that have been crudly painted to look like a matching pair.

Look at the details:

They're not matching.

Perhaps with a little effort, one could repaint a few coaches and locos and create fantasy railway companies - there are always people willing to part with their cash for unique items.

In the world of narrow gauge anything is possible.

Think of all the unresearched narrow gauge lines in South America, or in Asia or Eastern Europe.

Its certainly an interesting concept.
