Is there a model rail attachment you need but don't have or simply can't locate?

My uncle laments the lack of decent, everyday trash cans in his area.

I was curious if anyone was looking for anything similar but is having trouble finding it.

If you mean what we call 'public litter bins', then i can tell you that they disappeared here en masse once bad people started leaving bombs in them.

As I recall, the majority bad people were eventually persuaded to agree to stop the widespread aggression, in favour of being allowed to partake in the political process, as long as they also persuaded their various followers to follow suit. What didn't follow was the restoration of the waste facilities, by vast numbers of local councils, whose memories had convenient lapses..... odd that, can't possibly think how that occurred!!

BINS
but I wouldn't recommend blowing them up. Other types of bin and other scales also available.

If you're modeling London in the 1980s and really want to blow them up then these should do the job effectively - and think of all the fun you'll have rebuilding part of your layout after.
Big Bins

Not so big bins

Truss cans

free the Ananda Marga Three...
Well I have a Flieschman turntable that needs repair if that qualifies? not big on bins though but I do have some and no wheelie ones as it is May 1962 on my big layout. so a repair function would be good for such things.
bought from the Wurzburg factory but this is electrically really dead now which is a shame as I have so much of it.
I have some Tillig as well now that is stainless but it is really quite expensive.
Hartel tram track has gone from above oddly!

Quite an old photo showing the layout of the Tillig tram track - bit of a mess going on there
