Kato power packs. Are 22-018-1 power packs the same.

I saw one for sale on ebay or amazon that described the power pack as N scale. Do all 22-018 models accept both HO and G scale ? I bought the HV5 unitrack with power adapter and just want to make sure the power pack works with my HO tracks. Thanks in advance Ted
