Library pictures

I am posting this after watchin a news report in the last few days. The item, I think it was on the BBC, was about planned industrial action by First Great Western train crews. OK, no problem with the story, unfortunately the library pictures used to support it were of Connex liveried, slam door, four car electric units, 4VEP or 4CIG - not sure which.

Has anybody else come across this sort of error?
