I wondered about the "DR" insignier on the wagon though.

Shame that the sub was not presented in a "transit" condition - I have an otherwise excellent Marklin wagon with an eight wheel airport fire tender - it still has the foam branch on the cab roof, mirrors & other items that surely would not be fitted for transit.

AFAIK the Minitanks range has now passed to Herpa.

When I last saw 05001 it was in the main museum building which does still have a rail connection to the building now shown. I'd love to see this beast running on the main line again.
