The basis of this loco is a Neilson 0-4-0ST design which in addition to service with private owners was used by both the NBR and CR, and thus passed to the LNER and LMS respectively, with examples surviving into BR(ScR) use. It might well be the candidate for the Scottish standard small shunting loco. The LNER perspective:

Given the clear popularity of 0-4-0T as evidenced by recent options in RTR OO, it's a little surprising that this hasn't had a newly tooled introduction; there cannot be many designs that can so comprehensively cover both multiple main line railway and private owner service over near 80 years.

The museum quoted a NBR link the rest does not ring a bell, but I am pleased to get more info on it, thank you very much :)
This one is a touch tongue in cheek
one slightly used loco…grins
got a bit hot under the collar,

technically a wright off, possibly hard to even justify in a loco graveyard
but nothing ventured nothing gained

fading the body work

adding grime

in deeper colours referencing rust

colouring the bogie
