I believe the standard Hornby customer care information is in the pack if history is anything to go by and it is my experience that Marks and Spencer do offer Hornby like customer care service. And they are the super detailed Pullman coaches with lights. The information on the Marks and Spencer website is a bit sketchy and really it requires a visit to a store to review the package properly. The set is aimed at adults and not children and so would normally contain a fully detailed loco with etched motion gear. Again going on past evidence.

Guess where I'll be on Boxing day!

The only thing is last year M & S had sold out of train sets so I bought a Starsky and Hutch Scalextric set instead.

Now I gave that away to a young nephew as a late Xmas present and you should have seen the look on his face!

How would it have been for you if you were five and a rich uncle suddenly gave you a big Scalextric set for Xmas?

I can still remember how it was for me when I was five (just)!

PS no I am not a "rich" uncle but it felt like it that day!

QUOTE Reading your post I was all set to ask you for a loan until I read that last line!

Dennis, thats exactly the reason for my qualifying the position, because otherwise I knew that you would!
