Unfortunately, pensions being what they are, and because I need so many, I have to go for the plastic figures. Having said that I do find that with a little carefully applied heat, plus careful use of a sharp blade when required, the plastic ones are easy to manipulate into different postures. I have no experience of the white metal kind.
