I think they were around 470pF (picofarad) ceramic type. Anything of that sort of value and around 50V working voltage will do.
If you use the search facility on the Forum (try 'Triang' or 'X04') you will find some very useful advice about cleaning up old motors and that sort of thing if these locos haven't been used for a while.
