To make a link to a webpage work properly from a post you need to put: {img}the url address{/url} but with [] brackets where I've put {}.
When you do that, on viewing the post you will see the url address underlined which means it is active. Hope this is clear!
Clicking on the 'Help' top right will lead you to a description of all the available codes for formating postings, including URLs etc.
