Hi Anthony,

Finally found this thread of yr build and see where all those new acquisitions are going

Now..I am not sure if all your work is cheesing me off or giving me inspiration - have you been reading my layout plans and borrowing my stock in the night?
I even have all those ODC container trucks and containers stacked and ready to plant - envious moi?

This is really scary so the only way I can decide is either I carry on at Xmas inspird, or I offer you £43 3/6d for the layout when its complete (including delivery to my house)

The final insult will be yr next video showing me a) the Blue Pullman and
the 57 Network dragging those haul ass MRA's around the track....if you do this before mine arrive I shall have to retire to a dark room

At least your layout is close by - mine is 1200kms away in France...which rather limits the work load but I see a challenge coming up...

However - like others, your vids are great and better than watching most of the tat on the idiot box - defo gonna order some of those LED buffer stops too - like them

Hi Anthony
Just caught up with your thread, like it,
all that space to work in and no banging of heads and no sore knees that`s the life of a loft dweller.
One question how do you manage the layout wiring? With all your railway accumulations stored under the layout.
Keep up the good work regards Mike

Hi Mike,

Everything that is under the layout is on free standing units that I made so I just slide the unit out and sit under the layout to work on the wireing.

Thanks for the comments.

Anthony - is that link working OK or is it me. I looked at it via yr YT pages.

BTW - this is my first YT video post :) short but sweet

BTW II - you have double-slips on your layout - I have to wire in 3x sets - what did you use for wiring diagram as I am finding it daunting. I have DPDT switches at the ready and was planning to use Fulgurex motors...

OMG... We really do have the same rolling stock .... I have that loco with extra coaches also plus I have it in the std livery

I'm not useing electro frog points so all I have is a dropper on each side of the double slip and Im going to use cobalts to control them.

Hi dave, I think it's because I did it from a tablet .... I will have to remember not to do it that way in future.

As for the lights they do seem to be smooth and now flickering at all

That's a cracking railway room Anthony - even some clubs would be envious of the size!! Is this a one man job?

When you going to tear the Blue Pullman apart to put some passengers in!! (Ahhhhhhhh.........)

Hi Anthony.

Superb. I did not realise just how much the lighting of coaches enhanced appearance got me thinking now. Is that the new Bachmann Pullman one can get for around £200?
