QUOTE maybe the "direct Silver" decoder is the one to go for on the Hornby A3 - it is pretty small. The features you lose vs the Gold are SUSI, USP and Railcom.
I had been advised by Ozzie that this works as I had difficulty fitting one of the more basic Lenz decoders in.
The Silver Direkt sounds ideal for British 00 due to it's small size.
