Hi everyone

I am retired and run my own smallholding with chickens, ducks, pigs and organic veg, just to make sure that I'm not bored I'm contemplating reviving my interest in 00 guage southern region circa 1950's, without EMU's. I'm sure I will have many questions in the various categories.

Welcome to the forum randolph. It's always nice to welcome another Southern man, and at least there's no shortage of good stuff available.

Hi Randolph, me mam's from Whiston, right next to where the Rainhill Trials took place. If you don't mind me asking, why model the Southern and not the LNWR?

Right Company, wrong class I'm afraid - It's got to be the WC/BB as built.
