Hi, as a newcomer to the forum i'd like to say hello to everyone.
I am looking towards building a oo9 layout but before i get started i have one major question, what chassis do members recomend? I remember years ago the running qualities of many oo9/n gauge chassis was very poor. I have recent experience of US outline HO models whose running was excellent, & i'm looking for that quality or as close as i can get, or am i asking too much!!
Any help will be greatfully received, as you may gather i am coming back to the hobby after a slight layoff (30yrs!!)

Hi to you both, i am looking for suitable chassis for small industrial locos both steam & diesel ie:- bagnall, manning wardle etc.
I have heard that kato & us spec bachman are good? any coments welcome.
