Tsh that's not a biggie this is biggie. A mate took this at his home in the Atherton Tablelands just west of Cairns in Northern Queensland. The web this spider spins is very sticky and it bites and paralises the bird to chew on it later.

I'm not going back after seeing that. I went there on holiday 3 years ago and fortunately didn't see one of those.

I need to be wary of Redback Spiders where I live. They like living in sheds which is where I plan on setting up a more permanent train layout..
The only solution is instant death ! ( for the spider that is. )
