Any production plan should have a contingency in it for losses throughout the process, to guarantee that the planned 'X' number of units are available for sale, and can then be supported in the event of damage outwith the manufacturers and distributors control. A manufacturer on the scale that Kader operates will generate a lot of data that will enable them to forecast for and efficiently manage this aspect of their business.
