With the bunker gently roll it and keep offering it up, that way if you go too far or get it slightly in the wrong place it's much easier to flatten it back a tad. A nice hard rubber mat, some mousemat backs are good, and a selection of small round cylinders such as brass rod are good. Alternatively stick it in a smooth jaw vice with an approximately right size bar and use a steel rule to gently roll it round the bar carefully.
