One for the US modellers

I thought you might like to see this one - full prototype lighting in an Aerotrain, done for a UP modeller.

It also has cab and dashboard lights, plus flickerfree throughout all coaches - this was helped by powered couplings which overall make pickup exceptional once the train is assembled.

Hi Richard,

Many thanks for showing us the conversion

I would presume this is in HO scale ? as i have heard the light sequencing for the N scale isnt available.

*** The light sequencing isn't available off the shelf on the HO scale the way it is now either - its all our work, none of the original incomplete/partial lighting from the Mfr is left at all.

Its quite doable in N scale too, but requires some added special work in the smaller size to get the lights right (ie, keep them accurate size wise - the electronics isn't much of a problem.
