QUOTE (Julian2011 @ 13 Jan 2020, 22:32) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Lots of interesting items there John and well presented, too. It's a bit of a way to go, but I shall find time to make the journey.

Regards and appreciation to all of the team.

Julian

It is very worth the journey - from anywhere in the UK. (Even from abroad).

What's the postcode John? (For Googlemap)

Due to the 'Corona Virus' we have had to take the decision to close the signal box to all public visits until further notice.

So the dates in the previous posting are suspended!!

Please visit our website www.sigbox.co.uk for the latest information.

Due to the continuing 'Coronavirus' situation we are still shut to public visits, although regular volunteer working has resumed with appropriate precautions. The limited space, particularly in the box, and the 70+ age of the majority of our volunteers are the controlling factors.

We will be holding 'Virtual Heritage Open Days' in September with a number of videos currently being made around the garden and box. This will enable us to do something we can't do in real life and give our visitors a ride on our garden railway!
