I have a number of PECO PL-10 Point Motors attached to PECO electrofrog points. I am used to wiring up Hornby motors with 3 wires to a Gaugemaster PCU unit. Can anybody help me as I am unsure how to wire up the PL-10s to the Gaugemaster PCU?

Join the wires from one side of the coils together to reduce the wire count to three. Now proceed as you used to with the Hornby motors. The trick is knowing which of the Hornby wires was the common. I think we had a discussion on wiring Hornby motors before. Try the "Search" facility on the top menu bar. Don't try an unqualified search for Hornby, you'll get swamped by recent DCC threads.
