They join with 2nd and 3rd radius curves, but need a half-length 2nd radius curve between the two to work. The Peco catalogue says they are not simple arcs, so it's not possible to actually quote the radius.
Best bet is to get the Peco catalogue and see the plan on pages 16/17 which shows the way the setrack fits together, including their new No. 4 radius curves.
