With the departure of Doug as admin, the direct participatory link between Forum members and the ownership has been broken. This means policy decisions which Doug would have taken have been devolved to the moderating team in the first instance. In the wake of this change of Forum ownership, a set of "Posting Guidelines" has been posted to make the moderation process as transparent as reasonably possible. Some of these guidelines have been borrowed from another of MAS Media's forums - the Model Train Forum, the rest have been drafted to suit the spirit of MRF.
The intent is to provide an inclusive environment for all who have an interest in model railways regardless of skill level, attainment or sectional interest.
