Hi,I've searched but not found these.Is there a pic section for us to put a face to a name or do us train people not go in for this type of thing?

Go to "My Controls".
In the panel on the left, look for the "Personal Profile" section.
The bottom entry in this is "Change Personal Photo".
This is where you can post a photo which appears whenever you look at members' profiles.

Looking at mine won't do you any good, I've a photo of Princess Elizabeth for mine
