I cant comment on the quatering tool but i will vouch for GW models. they are fantastic pieces of kit. beautifully machined. i have a set of his rollers.
He does stirling service providing modellers with tools that are never going to yeald much of a profit but must be a labour of love for him.
Why cant people like that get OBE's and nighthoods instead of footballers that are only doing their job?
