If you want UK sounds then you probably have to us a UK supplier. It costs a fair amount of time & money to get the correct sound bites (I think that's what they are called) from the real thing, hence the costs in a smaller market.
I would think that there is a larger world wide market for a sound decoder for a DB Class 01 than say a UK Brittania.
