Quistion about Hornby's Class 09

Hello,

I've got a Hornby Class 09, but South West Digital makes a ESU sound decoder for the Class 08, but I don't know if the Class 09 sounds (almost) the same as a Class 08?

And is it correct that a ESU sound decoder from South West Digital 95 pounds costs?

Thanks a lot!

Don't forget that NS had a batch of the trusty BR 350hp shunters although they were actually closer to class 11. These are produced by Roco in Ho so it would not be totally unreasonable for a sound chip to be available in the Netherlands.
