I haven't been shopping in Salzburg and so can't recommend any specifcially, but there is a good list at:

Click on 'Österreich' and then sort by the 'Land' column and there are about six shops in the Salzburg area. I'm not sure which scales they will stock since the aim of the website is N scale but normally anyone who sells N will always stock H0 too!
