Its nice that at long last that there is a free download of the original game. I did a search for this earlier in the year as my RRT2 did not seem to work with Windows XP and I wanted to try out the original to see if that worked but all I could find were "pay to download" sites. I do have RRT1 however it is on floppies and my PC no longer has this facility.

I did down load it, in Window 95/98 you used to run it in a DOS window, how do you do that in XP ?
I can get it to run but not nice and smoothly.

I had the same problem. I tried emulating a couple of old Windows modes, but that didn't help. Still no luck.

You follow the instructions and open up the sofware in window mode. Read the "read me" file and it all becomes clear.

Bring back the 268 processor and the cursor key. It all seems a bit fuzzy with all the modern hitech kit that we now have.

Trouble is I have that theme tune going through me head now...
