Railway crash report

For all those who remember, a pendolino crashed at the Lambrigg crossover in Cumbria.
For those who don't, it was the 17.15 from Euston to Glasgow that derailed at quarter past eight.
One person died and several others badly hurt.

P.S. the BBC say that 82 people were hurt but only 22 were taken to hospital.

Just to make clear this is the formal Report on the February 2007 crash which has just been published.
