Hi all,

It's me again!

Been on a few rail ramblings:

Firstly, Piermistress (Barbara) and I had a weekend away and visited Nottingham, where we spent time playing with the trams of NET (Nottingham Express Transit):

Bombardier Incentro car 204 leaving Phoenix Park.

Bombardier Incentro car 205 in Powergen livery accelerating away from Nottingham Trent University stop.

The following day we went to Crich Tramway Village:

I hail from Aberdeen, although no Aberdeen trams are preserved in England, here is Glasgow 22 with L plates displayed for Driver Training.

Barbara is originally from Leicester and here she is by Leicester 76 preserved at Crich in a recreation of the 1905 Tramway & Light Railway Exhibition that was held in London (complete with aspidistras).

A week later I was in Paris and this is from my mobile phone of a Metro Ligne 6 train departing Trocadero.

Dave.

Very nice pictures. They've done quite a bit more at Crich since I was last there - looking good, isn't it?

Regards,
John

Thank's for posting those Dave. Nottingham has certainly changed since I was there last, as has Crich. I really must try to get there again.

Regards
