Hi all,
It's me again!
Been on a few rail ramblings:
Firstly, Piermistress (Barbara) and I had a weekend away and visited Nottingham, where we spent time playing with the trams of NET (Nottingham Express Transit):
Bombardier Incentro car 204 leaving Phoenix Park.
Bombardier Incentro car 205 in Powergen livery accelerating away from Nottingham Trent University stop.
The following day we went to Crich Tramway Village:
I hail from Aberdeen, although no Aberdeen trams are preserved in England, here is Glasgow 22 with L plates displayed for Driver Training.
Barbara is originally from Leicester and here she is by Leicester 76 preserved at Crich in a recreation of the 1905 Tramway & Light Railway Exhibition that was held in London (complete with aspidistras).
A week later I was in Paris and this is from my mobile phone of a Metro Ligne 6 train departing Trocadero.
