Reverse loop modules

Am I right in assuming that as well as using the module for loops and 'Wye' junctions as discussed in Jan'08 Hornby mag "Against the Current" you should install one for use with a turntable.

The action of turning your locomotive through 180 degrees must effectively reverse the polarity of the rails within the turntable.

It depends on the turntable. Quite a few will reverse the polarity back as they pass a certain point in their rotation and do not need a reverse module. The problem with that is you get an interruption in the supply to the loco which can affect sound decoders.
