Sadly not. The common standard coupling was (and is) the Arnold Rapido, and then manufacturers did their own coupling systems e.g. Fleischmann Profi (still going strong) and Roco, and they're not compatible with each other. I suggest either replacing them, pairing your existing couplings up between coaches and using other types elsewhere, or the long term ebay vigil!
