well after just buying both the jubilee and the royal scot and opening the tenders to plug a DCC chip in i can say that the tenders are not identical as the article states. very almost, but one of my tenders has a little weight at the back in a slot moulded in the tender chassis, and the other doesn't have the moulding to accept the weight and as such has no extra little weight!! and also one of the tender tops has one of the spigots for the retaining screw missing!! the screw was screwed into the tender chassis, but hit nothing on the tender top, it looks like the molten plastic just didn't make it, where the spigot should be ( like on the other side) there is what looks like half an o ring as a melted deformed stub resideing where the full spigot should be. not the best design i have ever seen.
