These will go on my Thomas&Friends layout so it doesn't really matter to me, not that I'd be bothered anyway!
I don't bother with regions or period, I just build and put on my layout and run for that matter what I like the look of.
Remember you can download the kits in different colour bricks or stone work, which may help in fitting with a certain area though.

Myself i dont bother with regions if it appeals to me then i'm happy
if it isnt prototypical or correct this is what modelling is about a free licence to be creative ..... and escape from the real world for a while, hope your feeling better after the op.
