Towards the bottom of this page there's one in code 100, a very reasonable price though I've not seen one in the flesh so to speak. Also I don't know about the track spacings, but I doubt it'll be that far out.
be aware.....although Shinohara track is excellent in terms of dimensions,etc..it IS HO scale, US prototype replica....probably a better HO representation that Peco.
I would use it every time for US railroading..but.... the turnouts..or rather, the blades, are not self-locking, like Peco.......either a self-latching motor, or a [locking] point lever are needed[switchstand].....however, due to the finer tolerances, at least there will be seemless passage of wheelsets over the crossings.
